Which DSLR for motorsport?

I have only a budget of £ 600.00 to spend on a digital SLR and necessary assistance to the model to buy. So what type of lens you should get. I'm new DSLR, and will not be a total professional, but I'll take some pictures at events as a sports car rally and track racing. Any suggestions would be great.
